After playing baseball in both High School and college, Jason saw that our youth were being misguided by today's leadership (Coaches/Parents): they are being taught that the important thing today is to play games year-round with no preparation or proper training. Jason founded Train More Play Less to educate and teach our youth what's important to be successful on and off the field. We want our youth to chase great habits, not trophies.
